What are your business hours?
We operate within normal weekly business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can easily reach our office via phone, email, and text.

Do you have contact with my client?
The agent is the direct point of contact. However, for transaction updates, reminders, and requests as needed the client will be directly contacted with the agent copied in on all correspondance. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

Are my files secure and confidential?
Yes! We use secure platforms: JotForm to collect your information and AFrame Software to manage your files. We do not share your information with anyone and we have strict guidelines to keep your information and your client's information safe.

Can you help with a transaction I've already initiated?
Yes! Of course! We'd love to help you out and take over the transaction.

How will you keep me updated?
This is primarily up to you as our client. At the start of our project, we'll discuss methods that work well for both parties and go from there. Rest assured, we are trying to make this as easy on YOU as possible!

Do I still have to pay if the transaction is cancelled?
No, we understand that deals fall through. We don't get paid if you don't get paid.

What if we are not geographically close?
No worries at all! We do all of our work online so we are able to serve you in the easiest, most efficient way possible!

Agent Onboarding/Setup: $50.00
Listing or Buyer Side: $275.00
Listing Entered in MLS: $25.00
Dual Transaction: $450.00
Additional Admin. Services: $15.00/hr
